AOO - Gabon - Acquisition of computer equipment, office automation and various equipment of CEP - Capacity strengthening project for young people employability and improving social protection
The government of Gabon received a loan from the African Development Bank below called the Bank to finance the capacity building project for young people employability and the improvement of social protection, and intends to Use part of this loan to make payments for the acquisition market for IT, office automation and various equipment for CEP-rdjps. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
