Expression of Interest are invited for Capacity Building Project for Youth Employability and Improvement of Social Protection The services provided under this contract include the following general objectives: (i) obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements taken as a whole do not do not contain significant anomalies whether due to fraud or error; (ii) obtain an opinion as to whether the financial statements have been prepared, in all their significant aspects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework ; (iii)obtain reasonable assurance that the project books of accounts constitute the basis for the preparation of project financial statements (EFP) by the project execution unit project and are established to reflect the financial operations of the project and that the unit implementation of the project has established adequate internal controls while maintaining supporting documents for all operations; (iv) express a professional opinion independently on the financial situation of the project, verify that the project funds have been used for the intended purposes and in accordance with the provisions of the loan/grant agreement; (v) express an independent professional opinion on past contracts following the national system; (vi)obtain reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives of the project or program by ensuring that the physical achievements of the project correspond to the funds disbursed and the timing of cash outflows; The report technical project or program provides sufficient information and data to enable users to fully evaluate the project-s achievements; and (vii) make a report on the financial statements and communicate its own conclusions as required by auditing standards.
