Description:
The services provided for this contract essentially include, among other things: (1) providing the necessary support for good management of the PAPG1 project; (2) Ensure that the PAPG1 project achieves good performance, through a diligent processing of acquisition files, disbursement request and reporting within the required time; (3) Mavify a technical contribution to the preparation of the technical documents of the project; (4) Entering and carrying out field missions in order to identify, prepare, evaluate and/or supervise the implementation and monitoring of the project, (5) ensure the monitoring of the procurement procedures, disbursement and reporting to ensure that they respect the rules and procedures of the bank; (6) Develop reference terms, select the consultants for missions and supervise the technical aspects of their work; (7) Assist the PAPG1 project execution unit and that of the Finex cell in the preparation of acquisition files and disbursement requests; (8) Ensure the recruitment of audit offices for the accounts of the projects and the submission of the audit reports of ...
