Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consulting Firm Responsible for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Debt Conversion Agreement The main objective of this service is to evaluate the implementation, the results of the projects carried out and the overall impact of the France-Gabon Debt Conversion Agreement (ACD) for the sustainable development of Gabonese forest ecosystems. The eligibility criteria for AFD financing are specified in article 1.3 of the "Guidelines for the award of contracts financed by AFD in foreign countries", document available on the AFD website (www .afd.fr).
