Recruitment of an individual national consultant specializing in monitoring and evaluation as part of the CAFI 3 project Greening and awareness campaign in urban areas Country: Libreville Gabon Description of the mission: The objective of the consultancy will be to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the project and more generally to strengthen the capacities of the implementing partner in project monitoring and evaluation. will be responsible for the following tasks: 1.Renize an analysis of the existing monitoring-evaluation tools and the needs of the project and the partner of execution (ANPN) in terms of evaluation monitoring, and propose a work plan including the development of tools, capacity building sessions and specialized support; 2.
