Recruitment of a national consultant for the conduct of the independent evaluation halfway through the Cafi 3 project of greening and awareness campaign in urban areas country: Libreville Gabon Description of the mission: the objective of the consultancy is to support the conduct of the evaluation independent halfway through the project.
